What will happen to my deposit, if I filled in the wrong information on the "Genkin Pay" or " Pepyala" deposit request?
The request will not go thru, it will be marked as “Fail” on your Deposit Transaction History ( _ guide to check deposit history _).
Our payment system will alert and reject the deposit when:
- Your transferred amount is not the same as your deposit request amount
- Deposit Request Cash-out e-wallet account and transaction slip are not tally
- Deposit Request Cash-out transaction ID and transaction slip are not tally
- Submit a Deposit Request with an Invalid Transaction Slip
- Uploading a Duplicate Slip or Receipt
