We want to ensure you feel safe while betting with us, especially where your personal funds are concerned, so we’ll always take responsibility for protecting and managing your account balance.
All customer account balances (including, but not limited to, winnings) are safeguarded in a separate bank account (a client account) that is independent of our corporate and operating accounts. This means that in the event of our insolvency, although the protection of funds can never be absolutely guaranteed, you’d be entitled to claim monies from the separate account.
Such protection meets the medium rating standard in accordance with the rating system set out by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain.
