What should I do if the deposit fails/deposit has not been credited?

Please check your e-wallet or bank if there is any deduction.
Please refresh the page if the deduction is made but funds are not reflected on your balance. This allows the display to update to show the most recent total.
Please don't reattempt a deposit until you've tried refreshing, just in case they both go through.


If the fund is still not credited to your account within 10–15 minutes, kindly contact our Customer Support Officer for further investigation.
