What should I do if the deposit fails/deposit has not been credited?
- Please check your e-wallet or bank if there is any deduction.
- Please refresh the page if the deduction is made but funds are not reflected on your balance. This allows the display to update to show the most recent total.
- Please don't reattempt a deposit until you've tried refreshing, just in case they both go through.
