Uploading document for verification

When sending documents for account verification (if required), please ensure

• Your picture or file shows the whole of the requested document
• Able to read any writing or numbers clearly.

To make this process as simple as possible is to email clear pictures of your documents to support@machibet.com.

You can use a digital camera or mobile phone, or scan them and save the images on your mobile phone/computer.

If you'd prefer to manually send to us through the website, you can see below for the steps :

1. Click on "Verify" Now

2. Click at the center to upload Front NID Photo

3. After successfully upload Front NID Photo, you can click at Back NID as shown in the picture

4. Click at the center to upload Back NID Photo

5. Once everything has been uploaded clearly, click "Next" at the Bottom Right.

6. Click at the center to upload "Handheld ID". Please ensure both ID and Face is clear.

7. Click next after successfully upload Handheld ID

8. Click at center to upload your Last Deposit Slip

9. Click next after successfully uploading Last Deposit Slip
