How to make a withdrawal?

You're welcome to make your first withdrawal!

To make a withdrawal, simply follow the steps below:

Log in to your account.
On the homepage tap on the “Withdraw” button.





On the "Withdraw" page, tap on "E-Wallet" and then Tap on "Add Bank".



On the “ADD EWALLET” page, select your Payment Method and select your preferred E-Wallet bank.



Fill in your account number at “E-Wallet Number” or "Account Number".



Ensure the beneficiary account is correct.
Tap the “Save” button.


You have successfully "Add Bank" for withdrawal.

Fill in the "Withdraw Amount", and tap the “Submit” Button.




Withdrawal funds take around 10 minutes to process, If you fail to receive your funds within 30 minutes, kindly contact our Customer Support Officer.
