# What will happen to my deposit, if I filled in the wrong information upon deposit request?

The request will not go thru, it will be marked as ${color}[#ff0000](**“Fail”**) on your Deposit Transaction History ( _ [guide to check deposit history](https://mcb.crisp.help/en/article/how-do-i-check-my-deposit-history-qpd00/) _).  
  

###### Our payment system will alert and reject the deposit when:

*   Your transferred **amount** is not the same as your deposit request amount
  
*   Deposit Request Cash-out **e-wallet account** and transaction slip are not tally
  
*   Deposit Request Cash-out **transaction ID** and transaction slip are not tally
  
*   Submit a Deposit Request with an **Invalid** Transaction Slip
  
*   Uploading a **Duplicate** Slip or Receipt
