Can I use someone else's account for Withdrawal?

Money can only be withdrawn to an account that carries the name of the legitimate owner of the registered account in order to protect our customers' account funds.
Accounts using payment methods in other people's names could be restricted or closed.
We're entitled to assume you're using your own payment method to fund your account and we accept no liability to any third party whose method of payment you may have used.
