# Can I cancel my withdrawal?

Yes, you can cancel the withdrawal transaction that shows as **"In Progress"** , by contacting our customer support officer to assist you.  
  
While withdrawal transaction that is **"Confirmed"** cannot be canceled, as they have already been through our systems and the funds are on their way to your chosen payment method/wallet account.
