Can I cancel my withdrawal?
Yes, you can cancel the withdrawal transaction that shows as "In Progress" , by contacting our customer support officer to assist you.
While withdrawal transaction that is "Confirmed" cannot be canceled, as they have already been through our systems and the funds are on their way to your chosen payment method/wallet account.
